I always enjoyed making banana pudding for the holidays. One holiday, I wanted something different from the traditional banana flavor. I pondered, "What other fruit would be good with banana pudding?"

One day, I was at the gas station and walked past some Faygo pops. The red pop flavor is one of the most popular flavors. My favorite flavor is peach. I didn't buy my Faygo peach pop this time, but when I got home, I had an epiphany! Peach banana and strawberry banana. I had this idea in 2015 but never executed it.

The year 2020, also known as the "year of COVID," I wanted to make a career change from the banking industry, which I did, but even better. I became my own boss and started Strosley Specialty Banana Pudding.

My granddad told me I have gifted hands like my great-grandmother. He told me she made bread pudding and would sell it in her neighborhood. She became known in her community and had a sweet soul. That inspired me even more. I'm continuing her legacy to not just sell sweet treats but also to be that "sweet soul" known in the community.
